POLITICAL- Of, relating to, or dealing with the structure or affairs of government, politics, or the state. DECISION- The passing of judgment on an issue under consideration. THESIS- Individuals should not be required to participate in political decision making. INTRO - 1. People have many different perspectives about if citizens should be required to vote in political decision making. 2. WRITE DEFINITIONS.3. People who believe that citizens should be forced to participate in the decision making would most likely value elections, political parties, and rep. democracy. On the other hand there are people who think that citizens should not be required to vote believe in freedom of speech, independence, and the constitution. However the best way to solve this issue of people being required to vote or participate in pol. decis. making would be for the gov’t not to make them participate. In order to prove this thesis correct, it would be wise to examine two different perspectives. Par #1- On one side of the issue are those that say that citizens should not be required to partake in political decision making.1.
