In our days there is an immense variety of movies, books or other fictional products such as art or commercials that deals with violence in a very obvious and often gorey way. They present violence in a glorifying manner which makes people believe it to be trivial. ... There have been founded groups against fictional violence, especially against this that is accessible without controls on who is to own it.
Seeing how the ratings go up wenever there is a violent movie on television or at the cinemas, it is easy to conclude that most people rather enjoy watching violence than rejecting it. ...
