The two most international brands can be said as Mercedes Benz and Maybach. The prior has a long history and is the most popular and prestigious vehicle everywhere; where as the latter, is extremely expensive and not a mass number of vehicles are produced therefore these two brands can afford to attain a more-than-international status. Yet for Mercedes Benz, models are not everywhere-available. The A-Class for instance, is not available in Canada and USA. It is because the target market and customers are for places with narrower roads and less affordable people. In Canada and the states, roads aren¡¦t narrow and people do not need such a small car and the car taxes are way lower than anywhere else and people can certainly afford to buy other classes such as the C Class or E Class.
