Abortion: Right of Mom
One ongoing dispute today in America is the option of abortion. Abortion is the termination of the fetus or unborn child while the child is in the mother’s womb. In recent decades, abortion, which was once a predominately an illegitimate procedure is moving to a more legitimate status with “the right to choose”. ... Here, the two sides of abortion are established: Pro-Choice, which leaves the decision of life up to the mother and her physician, arguing that it is the mother’s choice whatever that decision may be. ... Wade legalized abortions in the first and second trimesters and banning an abortion in the third. ... The debates over abortion seems to always have loose ends, however, I believe that the strongest argument is that the only able minded person to make a decision of this importance is the mother guided by her physician.
