By definition, Webster’s Medical Dictionary defines “diet” as referring to what a person eats or drinks during the course of a day. However, a “good diet” is one that includes a wide variety of foods with enough calories and nutrients for good health. ... Therefore, we will discuss three important reasons for maintaining a good diet: for a better physical image, to help in preventing diseases, and to promote a feeling of well-being. First, a good diet combined with proper exercise is the key to a better body image. ...
