Zora Neale Hurston had a unique writing style throughout the entire story of “Their Eyes were Watching God. ... Hurston was a moving writer that showed us her thoughts and ideas through her use of constantly changing characters and the gradual growth of Janie’s character. However, Zora gave us too much of a woman’s point of view, which did not seem very appealing and made it hard to comprehend for the male readers. Zora Neale Hurston used her broad mind to portray various symbols, and vernacular language with her voice, which rang throughout the story.
