Nutrition is important in all aspects of life. It is important for school, energy, health; the list goes on and on. My research was done on how different foods affect weight lifting. In reading this paper you will learn about foods and drinks that positively and negatively affect gaining muscle mass. You will also learn about a few supplements. As a college student getting together and drinking alcohol is a very popular social event. Most people know the affect is has on the liver, brain, and weight gaining. Most people don’t know the affect it has on weight lifting and gaining muscle mass.
