The outgoing musical comedy of Company Company is a musical comedy revolving around a thirty-five-year-old bachelor form New York City, four married couples, and an engage couple. Robert (often referred to as “Bobby”) played by Ryan Ruth was the main character celebrating his thirty fifth birthday with his closest friends. After experiencing the lives of his married friends, Bobby soon realizes that the bachelor’s life isn’t as terrible as many make it out to me. Bobby is what many would refer to as “playing the field” simply having three girlfriends at one time, whom all are in need of commitment. All four couples have at least one problem, starting from alcoholism to heterosexual turning homosexual. Bobby not only realized marriage couples have problems, engaged couple also gets the case of cold feet. Each actor, excluding Bobby, was paired up with another creating marriage, making it seem as real as possible. One of the most successful performers during the musical that stood out, were the rich couple, Amy, and Paul, played by Missy Bookbinder and Richard Bell. Their costumes stood out from the others with heavy, bright, flashy jewelry and high-class colorful cloths.
