William Blake, an excellent figure in English literature, was fascinated with symbolism; taken from bible, myths, Celtic tradition; and successfully implemented it not only to his writing but also to his paintings. ... The poem “Lamb”, from his second official book of poems-“The Songs of Innocence”, is one of those poems which are full of symbolism. ...
