He ignored Kwang Ju that result hatred between southeast and southwest region and Kwang Ju result undeveloped city. ... That result serious genocide in Kwang Ju also gave strong Anti Americanism to South Korean people.
The genocide started at May 18 in 1980. His Army order to not attend University to student and Army block the school and that was the first conflict result genocide in Kwang Ju. ...
