Federalist no.10

The Federalist paper no. 10 was directed to the people of the state of New York. This paper was meant to break the violence of faction. Any fall of government is usually caused by the lack of stability, the inability to organize and the inability to lead a counsel. This Federalist paper states that the people are not getting taken into consideration. The government is making decisions that are unjust and not fair to the people. Decisions are being made not according to the law. James Madison wrote that there are two methods to curing the mischief of faction: The one was by removing its causes; the other method was to control its effects. There were also tow methods of removing causes of faction. They were one, destroying the liberty at which is essential to its existence; the other was to give the people the same interests, opinions, & passions. James Madison stated “Liberty is to faction what air is to fire.” This meant that it really didn’t matter because it was no good. It expired. Liberty is one of those things that are needed in life. It would be foolish to abolish it. The second expedient says that everything man does in life has a consequence. Whether it is good or bad something will come of it. A man has the right to speak his mind no matter if other people agree with what he has to say. The differences in mans facilities are the differences that the government is supposed to protect.
