Tv and women's role in society
The sitcom I chose to watch was The Steve Harvey Show. This comedy first aired in 1995. This particular episode is about Steve, Regina, Cedric, and Levita trying to keep their personal lives separated. The four work together. Steve and Regina are soul mates that have not been able to get together, but in this episode, they finally take the step and become a couple. Cedric and Levita, on the other hand are already a couple, and Levita is trying to find a way to tell her husband that she is pregnant. The Steve Harvey Show displays that the women portrayed are not ordinary stereotypical females, like some of those discussed in Davison and Lytle.
