Gay marriage has recently become an uprising topic among Americans today. ... Politicians advertise their support of gay marriage to appease the gay community. However, after reading Bob Morris’ article “Gay Marriage, How Straight,” one might wonder if the homosexual community actually supports gay marriages, or if homosexuals feel more strongly against gay marriages than heterosexuals do? Bob Morris, a homosexual man, begins his article with a story about his boyfriend’s feelings on the marriage of a lesbian friend, “”This whole gay marriage thing is so annoying," he said. ... Many gay men and women feel that gay marriage is ridiculous. Some feel that marriage is something the gay community should not have to deal with.
