Being the ideal leader and succeeding in rapidly developing and continuously changing environment depend on numerous factors such as a person’s background, attitudes, values, beliefs, personality, interests, motivation and others. I think some of the most important personal qualities of the ideal leader are persistence and will power. ... Moreover, eloquence and oratory are useful for a leader to convince somebody that his or her ideas are good and worthwhile. That is why the ideal leader must also be an orator as well as a persistent, sociable person who can work as part of a team. The ideal leader must be open to new ideas, without immediately rejecting the idea must be able to identify positive aspects of the proposed ideas which can be used to enhance other ideas. ...
