“Universities and Their Function” By: Alfred Whitehead In “Universities and their Functions,” Whitehead states that the credibility of a university is not centered on academic criteria or the credentials of its faculty; it actually lies in the university’s ability to create an imaginative learning environment by combining the experienced educators with the energetic youth. ...
