What would you do as a Marketing manager
As a Senior VP of Marketing, my task is to answer the following questions: Where is the company now? Where will the company be in the future? How are we going to get there? To answer the first question, I need to prepare a diagnostic analysis of the current situation of the company. It is important for me to be acquainted with performance in all areas and the overall situation. To achieve this, I would get together a multidiscipline task force including the departments of finance, supply chain, logistics, marketing, sales, human resources and information technology. Once the team has analyzed the company’s situation, and I have understood the whole picture, I am prepared to answer the second question: Where will the company be in the future? I already know that top management wants to expand the company worldwide.
