In considering Rojstaczer’s essay, as a student I have many expectations of college classes. I expect to learn from the classes, however, I don’t expect a great amount of work overload. ... I like Rojstaczer’s idea of group work. I always seemed to learn a little bit more when I did group work, maybe because I knew that others depended on me and so I tried a little harder. As a college student I would like to say I prefer to intellectually engage but it seems a lot of the time I end up coasting.
