jetski
Everybody has had bad memories, horrifying experiences, and scratches and burses to show for during there adolescence years. Mine just happened to also involve friendships broken, tears shed, and ten thousand dollars in Jet Ski damages. Even though all this happened a little over a year ago, every time I think of this incident, it makes my stomach turn, and makes me feel queasy. It all started out around last summer, where my friend Kenny just got a new jet ski. It was a beautiful summer morning where the birds were chirping, and rain was now where to be seen. The sun was streaming in my window blinding me as I woke up to the tune of ACDC, which was my cell phone ring tone. I picked up my cell phone and it was Kenny, all ecstatic about his new jet ski he just bought the previous day. He asked me to come down to Anderson Park, which is off of Tarpon Lake, and brings some food and some friends so we could have a picnic, and ride the Jet Ski during this beautiful summer morning. I picked up all the stuff I am going to need for this eventful day and head off to the car. After I tell my parents good bye, I was off driving to Anderson park. Heading on my way to the park, I decided to start calling up my friends, almost like a telemarketer, trying to sell the idea of going on the Jet Ski, and having a picnic. Then to the same ACDC ring tone, my friend Josh calls and says that he is going , but he has to do a couple of chores before he could acknowledge us with his presence.
