Natural law theory Natural law theory is very important in the field of philosophy. It is a theory that dates back to the time of the Greeks philosophers and great thinkers. The Theory states that humans are born with certain laws which make them determine what is right or wrong. Natural law theory claims that moral laws are seen in nature, and that moral beliefs have a rational foundation in the way the world is structured. ... Later on the natural law theory evolved to become the concept of "natural rights". Natural law is also seen as an "unwritten law" which is more or less the same for everyone. ... The natural law theory is a very hot subject when the topic of abortion comes on the table. The reason for this is because abortion involves killing a human life and the question were dealing with is the morality of it. ... The only reason why I would have a problem with today’s abortion matter is because it has become such a norm.
