With an organized plan, Etah’s management can now direct their employees by communicating appropriately what is to happen. Following the results from CARS, Etah can now direct their trucks to more remote locations efficiently based on the seasonal forecast. With the DSS in place and the plan formulated, Etah is now able to control many variables to achieve their goals. ... The Etah Dairy faced some serious issues that impacted their business negatively.
