Class
The typical format of the first day of class usually adheres the following sequence. Students arrive at the classroom, often uncomfortable and a bit awkward as they enter and find a seat. The seats in the back will usually fill up first, every other seat filled with little exception. The reasoning behind this is undetermined at this point, but it has been speculated that instructors are the bearers of highly contagious terminal illnesses, though this theory is unproven. This seating convention is sometimes violated if several students know each other from previous academic or social experiences. These students will sometimes sit immediately next to each other, though only under the following conditions: the students must be of opposite sex, or the room must be packed.
