When the framers of the Constitution created the Congress and the process through which a bill becomes a law, they had two major goals in mind. ... Therefore, the wishes and thoughts of the citizens of the United States are directly represented through the actions of Congress. As long as new policy is being created by those officials who have been elected by the people, then the legislative process of the founding fathers is still effective today. Within Congress, there is a certain process through which each bill must pass on is way to becoming a law.
