Executive Summary This report is to provide a thorough analysis of the benefits and difficulties that an entrepreneur encountered by face to face interview. We Introduction An entrepreneur is a person who starts a new business venture and assumes the risk. He/She recognize opportunities where others see risky or confusion (Kuratko, D.F. & Hodgetts R. M. 2004, p. 3). Entrepreneurs can be found in all inductees and they have common characteristics of entrepreneurs, such as innovative, remove barriers, organization, wealth and undertake risk. Start a business must spend time and effort to take on the risk in financial, mental and social aspects. Those efforts are for the purpose of creating wealth, self satisfaction and independence decision making (Hisrich R.D. 2000, p. 9).
