McClelland s Theory
I do understand his theory in that people either have a need for achievement or a need for affiliation. ... I really feel that this theory just depicts how lazy our country is getting. I feel its saying, “oh, don’t worry, it’s ok if you don’t like to do this job, let’s find a job that you can really enjoy, there is a spot for everyone, no matter what you like to do”.
