On Time Call Service is a service that was created by the owner Imo Umana to help and aid others by providing them with a call service to wake one up, class and appointment reminders to be on time. The base of the business will be based out of the owners’ home in Ypsilanti, Michigan at 35 Huron. The business will be a sole proprietorship operating on a all cash basis. The only employees will be the owner and a secretary to help organize and take calls from customers. On Time Call Service will start off offering only morning calls starting at 5:00a.m. Ending at 12:00p.m.. Once a customer has signed up and has been using the service for over a month they can then use the service past 12:00 p.m.. All ideas and suggestions will be taken from all customers when initially signing up for the service to better the business in the future. Marketing and advertising will be done throughout the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor area specifically on the campus’ of University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University.
