MATHEMATICS...the meaning behind the word
Mathematics? What do we know about it? Just a compulsory subject which is taught in every school? Yes, during our childhood, our parents may had taught us counting 1,2,3 and so on. Then, we got to school learning how to do calculation with numbers…yes of course it’s about plus,minus,divide and multiple. Furthermore, we came into algebraic equation, geometries, statistics, graphs…and many more. So, that’s it? Mathematics is a SUBJECT!!Well…I think…NO WAY!!! Actually, the way we think and know about Maths is definitely wrong. We had put Maths really in the wrong place…a place which is not its standard. Its like putting a minister in the place of an old poor backstreet sweeper. A very embarassing place. Awful too. Shame on us. Really…a SHAME. For billions of living people nowadays, only a few knew what Maths suppose to mean.But who’s that ‘a few’?
