A human organism doesn’t require to be nourished with animal meat, eggs or cow’s milk. All necessary ingredients can be derived from a vegan diet. Three daily meals based on grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, supply a sufficient amount of all substantial nutrients for adults, children and pregnant women. There are many reasons for someone to become a vegan.
