The documentary novel of “A River Runs Through It” by Norman MacLean tells of his life. It mostly includes his relationship between himself and his brother. They were two loving brothers that got along very well till a bad inconvenience ruined it all. It could have been foreseen if the clues were looked at closely. Ever since Paul, Norman’s brother, was a little kid there was clues that had lead up to his fatality. His behaviour and actions all resulted in the way it was chosen. Paul’s childhood was the most important of the clues that would lead to his death. His stubbornness was one of the major factors. It was clearly stated that he was very stubborn, and it had shown in his oatmeal experience.
