TERMS OF REFERENCE
In November 2003 the Management and Enterprise lecturer instructed the students to investigate the roles and responsibilities of managers at various levels within business organisations and to appreciate the importance of enterprise within those roles. ... The aspects that will be looked at in detail are: management functions and their application to the business, the organisational structure of the business, management skills and responsibilities, management styles, the enterprise function and innovation and internal and external constraints on management.
