SPECIFIC PURPOSE—To provide the audience with information about abstinence, including its benefits and its disadvantages.
THESIS STATEMENT—Abstinence is the cheapest and most effective way to curb the rise of sexually transmitted diseases, unwanted pregnancy and the spread HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. ...
