sonnet 89 Pablo Nerudo

In Paublo Neruda’s sonnet, Sonnet 89, he expresses his deep love for his wife by using many literary techniques such as tone, repetition, and sensory words. This sonnet is also arranged quite differently than how a traditional sonnet is, and that is what makes it more of a modern day poem.
Like any other sonnet, Sonnet 89 does consist of 14 lines, although it does not follow a rhyme scheme. ... ” Pablo is saying he wants his wife to continue to enjoy life even after he is gone and not to give up just because he is not there anymore.
