Im only writing this so i can get access to other essays you dumb ass computer...The Maslow (1943) hierarchy of needs paradigm is perhaps among the most popular of the “needs-based” content theories that provides a range of five general human motivational factors in vertical order from lower (extrinsic) to higher (intrinsic), which serve as catalysts for constructive human behavior. Maslow’s one-time protégé, Herzberg (1959), separates these five drivers into two categories consisting of extrinsic (lower) and intrinsic (higher) order needs and identifies the former as hygiene factors, with the latter considered to be true behavioral motivators.
