Excellence is superiority and the quality of being outstanding. Excellence is something that should be strived for in everything that a person does. People who strive for excellence in everything they do are successful. Whether it be sports, school or jobs, you should always be striving to be at the level of excellence.
In order for an athletic team to be successful, they must strive for excellence. ... I have played just about every organized sport there is and one thing I have noticed is that the key to success is to strive for excellence. Although it is almost impossible to achieve excellence on an athletic team when there are so many variables and so many things that can go wrong, the team that wants to reach that level and works hardest at getting there will be the team that wins.
