There are many comical debates in the year 2004, along with many reasonable debates to go along. In my debate report I have choose three different topics that interest me. My first topic is cloning, followed by animal cruelty and testing, and lastly the idea of public schools teaching or having religion in class. My main topic of choice is cloning. I find cloning to be very interesting, in today’s modern world. I think cloning should be acceptable to an extent. Many, people have a hard time realizing there is a difference in church and state. People want to go off the moral of what are taught in everyday life or church teachings. That is not always the way to go in today’s world. So many of the arguments come from people saying “Who’s place is it to create new forms of life, when god is the soul creator?” That is a very religious statement; those who refer to that probably are the ones who would not be doing the cloning.
