Through life we try to attain true peace that is everlasting in several ways. We soon understand that whatever makes us happy gives us the feeling of peace. But that happiness or peace doesn’t last very long. ... Or because we simply wake up the next morning and no longer feel at peace. ... Siddharta experiences many kinds ways that makes him feel happy, either materialistic or spiritual, but at the end he finds true peace within himself by loving his life. ... After reading Siddharta and realizing that the key to finding peace within ourselves is to love everything isn’t going to allow us to love everything, or as it is called in the book, to find Atman. Atman is this true peace. To get to experience Atman we need to experience life and through those experiences learn from them.
