A Dream I had a dream! When I was a child, I did not dream to be a teacher, or a firefighter, not even Cinderella. I had a dream to be a model. I would always page through magazines wishing to see my face, but then I received an opportunity to step closer to my dream than I ever had before. I attended John Robert Powers Modeling and Acting School with the support of my mother. After I had completed the classes, I was asked to compete in a competition in New York City in support of John Robert Powers. In April of 2003 I attended the Modeling Association of America International Convention in New York City where I met agents from all over the world. This convention was also a competition for models and actors to perform in front of top agents. It was Monday, April 7 and I am preparing for my legs competition, which was going to be probably my best competition. All I could think about was how nervous I was to get up on the 40-meter runway in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City and walk in front of hundreds of people.
