When starting with a new team it is not easy as depth of thought is required to gain insight into your own self image and expectations of who you are in order to aspire to any goals, having to take into account individual consideration. Therefore In order to have my coach style influence the learning process on such a group of people several things have to be taken into account. The first consideration is the age of the players coaching a team with a range of ages and female players therefore I have to put them into two groups for number of reasons the most obvious is safety due to different physiological differences between boys and girls the second is ability therefore the team has to be split.
Physiological differences also account for my responsibility as coach to provide adequate standard of facility this means different changing rooms for boys and girls this would improve team cohesion and reduce anxiety and stress between sexes especially at that age have the older boys in the changing room who are the competitive team for pre match relaxation and anxiety reduction methods without concerning themselves with others around. To be effective, giving me complete external control over the players I found that enrolling a assistant coach to teach the other group is not a problem as long as my coaching style is recognised as the best way to do it.
