Lewis Hine once said that photography could be a lever for the social uplift. He thought that pictures could say more than any book or poem. The picture that I found was in the other days Daily commercial newspaper. It was of an elderly photographer Helmut Newton. Newton was famous for his black and white photos of nude women. He was 83 and he died in a car crash when his car lost control and collided head on into a wall. Although this photo does not strongly influence social change it does do some plus it is the only photo about something bad that I could find.
