When schools constantly focus on negative behaviors and spend the majority of time dealing with them, rather than looking for solutions, they foster similar negative behaviors, which in turn foster the same focus on the negativity from the school. ... Therefore, one can conclude the schools approach in creating a balanced and positive driven environment is both ineffective and classifiably insane. School systems seem to neglect the fact that by putting an overwhelming focus on the negative aspects of their schools, they only worsen the situation. ... Schools must begin instilling the idea that hard work and perseverance results in success. Concentrating almost solely on discipline or just the negativity in schools as the prevalent issue only results in more negativity and does not solve the problem at hand. Studies show that negative-behavior patterns are a result of students not doing well in studies and become frustrated with the work. As a way to escape such struggle they act out in negative ways.
