Team work is becoming more and more important especially in business where extensive projects can only be managed by working in groups. Therefore it is necessary to think about important features of a good team. First of all it is helpful if all team members are on the same level of intelligence as it makes working together easier. Furthermore they should all be motivated and ambitious having defined their common goals at the beginning. According to its goals a team should work out a plan to which they constantly keep. Secondly all team members have to be involved in the project. In other words, everybody should have the possibility to add own thoughts and opinion to the extent that everybody can contribute useful information otherwise they would not have been chosen for the team in the first place.
