Teacher to Teacher Everyday, I observe my cooperating teacher collaborate and team-teach with two other educators. Mrs. K, Mrs. H, and Mrs. W work together to create a combined curriculum for the 1st and 2nd grade inclusive class rooms. These three women share ideas, theories, and past experiences. This collaboration produces an atmosphere that is productive for both themselves and their students. From what I have seen thus far, the collaboration that is taking place between these teachers is successful and very important to the students’ learning. Teacher to Principal School #12 has welcomed a new principal this school year. Although, I have not witnessed any direct collaboration between my cooperating teacher and the principal I have sat in on numerous faculty meetings.
