In my education class, we were asked to find a journal article that had anything to do with our major or any article that interest us. I searched and found my journal article on the Galileo website. I typed in “early childhood education” as my subject and found numerous amounts of articles that had to do with elementary school children. The article I chose explained what “teacher study groups” were and how they affected the school and the students in many ways. The main reason I chose this article was because I am so eager to learn more about my major. ...
I believe that the authors of this journal article had many purposes for writing what they did. ...
As I began reading the article, I went in to it not knowing exactly what teacher study groups were. ...
One of the co-authors of the article, Elizabeth Moore, told about her experience that she had with a study group. ...
This article is very important to education because it shows teachers how to make their classroom a better place.
